If you've slammed the door behind you, lost your keys or had your handbag stolen, our engineers will get you back inside without damaging the door or lock. The vast majority of lockouts are resolved using picking, bumping or bypass techniques, meaning your existing lock continues to work as normal once you're back in.

We confirm you're the legitimate occupant — photo ID, utility bill or landlord call.
Step 02
Open
Non-destructive techniques first, drilling only as last resort with your consent.
Step 03
Test
Lock cycled and tested to make sure it still operates correctly.
Step 04
Upgrade (optional)
If the lock is worn or non-compliant we can fit a new one on the spot.
